The principle of a steam boiler: The combustion of fuel generates heat, which heats the softened water inside the boiler. The water boils and turns into pressurized steam, which is then sent through pipelines to production and heating equipment for use.
Two core processes:
Combustion heat release: When fuel (such as gas) burns, high-temperature flue gas is produced.
Water turns into steam: Heat is transferred to the water in the pot, and the water vaporizes due to heating, generating high-pressure steam for output.
