DZL coal fired steam boilers, are horizontal three-pass water & fire tube boilers with a chain grate stoker structure. DZH Coal Fired Steam Boiler

DZH coal fired moving grate boiler is single drum boiler with both water tube and fire tube, the combustion equipment is moving grate. Water wall tubes at left and right sides of furnace are the radiated heating area. the two wings at furnace and spirally corrugated tubes in the drum are convection heating area. This coal fired moving grate boiler uses the upper drum, water wall tube and head are in symmetrical arrangement mode. The furnace structure is in reasonable arrangement to achieve high efficiency.

Control box: the controller is the heart of the steam generator, it has these functions: automatic water feed, automatic heating, automatic protection, low water level alarm, overpressure protection, leakage protection.
Water pump: water pump is the water supply device of steam generator, water pump can automatically feed water when the steam boiler is short of water or no water.
Pressure controller: its function is to output the switch signal under different pressure, which has been adjusted to the appropriate pressure at the factory.
Water level electrode: it is an important part of water level control of steam generator. It realizes the automatic control of water level by using the different conductivity of water and steam.
Safety valve: Safety valve is the safety protection device of steam generator. When the boiler is turned on, the safety valve will not stop at the set pressure due to various reasons. When the pressure is exceeded, the safety valve will automatically open and discharge pressure to reduce the pressure in the steam generator, that can protect the boiler operation safety.
