1. Adjust the combustion properly: Control the air-fuel ratio, clean the burner, prevent cold air leakage, and ensure complete combustion to reduce waste.
2. Add a device for recovering waste heat from flue gas: Install economizers/condensers to reduce the flue gas temperature.
3. Keep the heated area clean: Regularly blow and clean the flue, furnace tube, and heat exchange tube bundle to remove oil stains and ash. Regularly remove scale to prevent the heat exchange effect from deteriorating.
4. Equipped with water treatment devices: Use softened water to reduce the formation of scale. This will thereby affect the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
5. Do a good job in daily management: Start and stop as needed, and regularly calibrate the interlocking devices of each instrument to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. Ensure proper insulation of the boiler to reduce surface heat loss.
6. Regularly inspect equipment: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the boiler system on a regular basis. Repair and replace as needed to ensure the long-term efficient operation of the boiler.
