This boiler is used for processing in instant noodle factories. Due to production requirements, the customer inquired about the gas steam generator. After communicating with them, it was recommended to use a 300kg gas steam generator. The main users are those who produce instant noodles. During the production process of instant noodles, the noodles that have undergone a series of processing and shaping need to be steamed. The steam produced by the steam generator enters the entire box, and the high-temperature steam continuously steam the noodles for several minutes until they are fully cooked. Due to the customer’s requirements for water quality, an additional set of water softener will be purchased. The customer’s delivery method is FOB, and the goods will be transported by sea to the customer’s location.
The Xinda steam generator can be used to independently adjust the processing temperature and humidity, enhancing the taste of noodles and increasing production efficiency. Combined with the matching steamer, it ensures uniform heating and stable pressure, effectively controlling the hygiene of noodles from the source. The vertical structure takes up a small area, features automatic control, and generates steam within 3 to 5 minutes. It is one of the commonly used equipment in the food industry.
