Steam boilers are indispensable core heating equipment for dessert factories, playing a crucial role in the normal production of the factory, product quality, and cost control.
Firstly, the core processes of the factory, such as making syrup, fruit fillings, red bean paste, and sauces, all rely on steam for heating. The steam heat exchange ensures uniform heating, and the temperature can be flexibly adjusted. There will be no problems like local high temperatures burning the pot or sugar caramelizing and turning black. It can stably control the consistency and taste of the fillings, making it the most suitable heat source for batch making dessert fillings. At the same time, the steaming boxes and rooms used for steaming desserts such as cakes, rice cakes, and mochi also require continuous steam supply from boilers. Sufficient saturated steam can make the pastries soft and good-looking, and the finished products have a uniform appearance.
Secondly, the sterilization process of dessert fillings and finished products cannot do without high-temperature steam from boilers. The sterilizer relies on stable steam to reach the standard sterilization temperature, effectively killing mold and yeast, preventing products from getting moldy and deteriorating during storage, reducing food safety risks, and extending the shelf life of desserts. Once the steam pressure is unstable or the sterilization temperature does not meet the standard, the entire batch of products may be scrapped.
Furthermore, the boiler can be used for multiple purposes. Besides production and processing, it can also exchange heat to produce high-temperature hot water, which is used for cleaning and disinfecting molds, production pipelines and equipment. In winter, it can also provide heating for the workshop and hot water for employees’ daily life. Compared with the decentralized use of multiple electric heating devices, centralized steam heating consumes less energy. Long-term production can significantly reduce electricity and fuel costs and enhance the economic benefits of the factory.
In addition, the boiler can continuously output steam with stable pressure and temperature. The conditions for each batch of boiling, steaming and sterilization remain consistent, reducing the batch differences in product taste, color and hardness. This facilitates the standardized assembly line mass production of dessert factories and ensures stable supply quality. The mainstream gas-fired steam boilers have clean combustion, no smoke or odor, and will not contaminate food raw materials and finished products. They comply with the hygiene standards of food workshops and can also meet the requirements of environmental impact assessment inspections, ensuring compliant production.
Finally, the boiler has a large steam supply capacity, can operate continuously without interruption, and is suitable for multiple production lines to start up simultaneously, meeting the large-scale production needs of the factory.
