According to the state of the boiler before and the treatment after the boiler stop, the boiler stop can be divided into the following types:

1.Normal shutdown

When the steam generator stops the furnace normally, first of all, the operating load should be reduced, and then press the stop switch, and then the steam generator automatically stops the boiler according to the program; Start the water pump, add water to the high water level, wait for the steam pressure to drop to 0.3Mpa, and then flush the water table and drain; Finally close the main steam valve; Close the gas supply valve; Cut off the power to the control cabinet.

2.Emergency shutdown

Emergency furnace shutdown is required under any of the following circumstances:

1) When the screen shows “overpressure” and alarms, do not refill the boiler, and immediately stop the furnace and contact the manufacturer to solve the problem before restarting the operation.

2) When the steam generator is in a state of water shortage or dry firing, do not refill water to the boiler, and immediately stop the furnace and contact the dealer or manufacturer to solve the problem before restarting the operation.
