After the boiler is cleaned, it must be dried with hot air, but it can not be heated at the same time for the furnace wall and other accessories, which may have adverse consequences. The correct way is to place an electric heater at the bottom of the boiler for heating.

When the boiler begins to use, it is necessary to place the desiccant on the anti-corrosion tray, so that the tray can maintain a good drying effect, which contributes to its normal use, so as to promote the thorough play of the efficacy of the gas boiler.

1. Thermal efficiency of boiler:

Some customers choose low -efficiency steam generators for cheap prices. In the short term, it’s really cheap. But over a period of time, it will be found that the fuel consumption of inefficient steam generators will be very high, and the gas production per unit of fuel will be very low. Over the long term, it is still a loss.

2. Rated evaporation capacity:
The selection of suitable boilers should be based on their own needs to choose, if the demand for steam is small, and bought a steam generator with high evaporation rating, that is overqualified, but if the steam needs to be large, but bought small rated evaporation equipment, it is not appropriate.

3. Rated steam pressure:
Each factory has its own gas standards, so when buying a steam generator, it is also necessary to pay attention to the rated steam pressure.

4. Rated steam temperature:
In the same way as the rated steam pressure, the rated steam temperature of the steam generator is selected according to the needs of the gas equipment. How high the steam temperature of the gas equipment is needed, then the steam generator with the rated steam temperature should be selected.

When the hotel chooses the hot water boiler, it is necessary to judge the height of the floor to measure whether the layout of the boiler pipeline is convenient. In addition, it is also necessary to calculate the heating area and the number of rooms, so as to choose the suitable type of hot water boiler. What is a fire tube boiler?

In a fire tube boiler, high-temperature flue gas produced by the burner flows through a threaded pipe surrounded by water to heat a mixture of water, steam or soda outside the wall of the pipe to produce steam or hot water.

What is a water tube boiler?
The operation mode of water tube boiler and fire tube boiler is just the opposite, water in the boiler tube circulation flow, and the pipe is surrounded by high temperature flue gas, high temperature flue gas to the water pipe who heat, produce steam or hot water.

The main difference between the two types of boilers is:

1. Water tube boiler pressure range is wide, can break the pressure limit, can meet the steam supply requirements of more than 2.5MPa. Fire tube boilers are limited by material wall thickness and pressure and are used for pressure below 2.5MPa.

2. Fire tube boiler is shell boiler. Limited by the equipment and tooling of various boiler manufacturers, it is difficult to make fire tube boiler which is too large, usually below 35t/h.Water tube structure boiler can be realized into large scale boiler, and the boiler above 35t/h usually adopts the water-tube structure.

3. Fire tube boiler has a compact structure, under the same output, the shape and equipment weight are lower than fire tube boiler. Water tube boiler because of the larger volume, there is more space for the superheater arrangement, so the water tube boiler occupies a relatively large area.

For hot water boiler, a good running state is very important, which is directly related to the safety and efficiency of the boiler operation. So, we will talk about it today. What are the matters that need special attention during the operation of hot water boilers?

1. Wear the designated work clothes before work, check the boiler water supply, drainage, air supply pipe accessories, safety valve, pressure gauge, water level gauge is flexible, confirm the safety before starting to work.

2. The boiler water level can not exceed two thirds of the water level, low water level is not less than one third. Usually, the water level is maintained at 1/2 or higher.

3. During the working of the hot water boiler, it is necessary to check each component and observe the pressure and water level. If there is overpressure or water shortage, the boiler must stop running, put the ash in front, and inject a small amount of cold water, but not a large amount of cold water to avoid accidents. During the operation, the fireman is not allowed to leave his post without permission.

4. Conventional piezoelectric hot water boiler sewage, each shift, before the sewage should be properly adjusted water level, slightly higher 2/3, and then sewage.

5. Water gauge is washed once per shift. When flushing, according to the demarcation procedure, first plug the water valve, open the drain valve, flush the steam valve. At this point, pay attention to whether the steam is blocked. Then plug the steam valve, and watch for water blockage

6. When the hot water boiler is in normal operation, the steam pressure shall not exceed the specified working pressure, and the safety valve shall be checked once a week.

1. The boiler does not heat up

(4) If the pressure controller is bad, check and replace the boiler pressure controller

2. Safety valve leakage phenomenon

(1) The safety valve is broken, check and replace the safety valve.

(2) The boiler pressure controller is faulty, check and replace the boiler pressure controller

(3) The water level control box is damaged, check and replace the water level control box.

3. Pressure gauge reads too high or too low

(1) If the boiler pressure controller fails, check, adjust and replace the boiler pressure controller.

(2) If the pressure gauge is damaged, check and replace it.

4.When the boiler pressure is lower than 4 Bar, the heating indicator lights up, but the phenomenon of pressure drop appears

(1) The voltage at both ends of the heating tube is low. Check whether the voltage at both ends of the heating tube is normal

(2) If the water level is too high due to scale accumulation of water level probe, clean the water level probe.

(3) Too much scale in the boiler, clean up the scale in the boiler

(4) The steam volume is too large to adjust the steam volume.

(5) There is steam leakage in the boiler, check whether there is steam leakage in the boiler and deal with it.

(6) The heating tube aging, check the heating tube power, if the power is small replace the heating tube

6. Boiler pressure is often lower than 4bar heating indicator light is not bright, and there is pressure drop phenomenon

(1) If the pressure controller is faulty, check, adjust and replace the pressure controller.

(2) In case of water shortage in the boiler, the failure of the water refill system causes the water refill time to be too long. Check whether the boiler water refill system has blocked pipes or insufficient water inlet power (water pump failure).

Operation Steps:

1. Connect the water pipe with the water inlet pipe of the water tank, open the tap water valve to supply water, and there is an automatic water level control device in the water tank.

2. Switch on the power supply, and then close the power switch, water indicator light, water pump began to supply water to the boiler, water level rises to the limit value, heating indicator light, electric heat pipe heating work, water pump to continue to add water, water level to the upper limit set value, water indicator light out, water pump to stop adding water.

3. When the pressure rises to the maximum set value, the pressure controller opens, cut off the power supply, the heating indicator light goes out, the heating tube stops heating; When the pressure drops to the minimum set value, the pressure controller draws, the heating power is connected, the heating indicator is on, and the electric heat pipe works.

4. Open the steam valve, pay attention to avoid the steam valve all open at once, otherwise it will make the pressure in the furnace drop instantaneously, affecting the continuous use.

5. Normal steam supply, with the continuous output of steam, the water level in the furnace continues to decline, when the water level drops to the limit value, the water supply indicator light, pump water supply. And so it goes round and round.

2.Stop the boiler

1.The (automatic, manual) transfer switch rotation stop position, at this time the boiler stops heating.

2. Use up the steam in the boiler, turn off the emergency stop switch.

3. The main circuit breaker in the control cabinet must be broken off for a long time.

The boiler sewage discharge is a boiler water contaminated by salt and residue in the boiler.

Operation procedure

1. Before discharge, ensure that discharge is carried out under the premise of high water level and low load.

2. First open the blowdown valve in front of the furnace, and then slowly open the blowdown valve in back of the furnace. Remember to open this step slowly, the purpose is to warm the pipe (especially in winter operation), the second is to prevent sudden opening, accidents (such as connecting gasket leakage caused by accidents).

3. Slowly open the blowdown valve after the furnace to fully open, and then close the valve, open the blowdown valve after the furnace again, and then close, repeat this operation two to three times (generally three times), open the valve time control in 2~3 seconds. Finally, close the blowdown valve in front of the furnace.

4. Carry out the above operations on the same sewage discharge.

5. After the completion of the overall blowdown work, the boiler liquid level should be reduced by 20~30cm

1.Pressure gauge, level gauge

Check whether there is any abnormality, the installation of bend pipe and connecting pipe and the opening and closing of intermediate valve. Whether the level indicator shows the correct water level, whether the drain valve status of the level gauge column is correct, and whether the pressure gauge has a legal inspection mark within the term.

2. Safety valve, release valve, release pipe

Check whether the opening pressure has been adjusted to the specified opening pressure and whether the drainage pipe is properly installed. Check whether the drain pipe is blocked and whether there are any preventive measures.

3. Sewage discharge device
Check whether the opening and closing of the blowdown valve is flexible, and whether the lining of the packing cover has enough room for adjustment. Check whether the blowdown pipe is abnormal.

4. Steam valve

Check their opening and closing status for abnormalities

5. Air valve

After hydrostatic test to full water state, starting point furnace until steam, must be kept open

6. Boiler pipeline

Check whether the connection, drainage and insulation of steam pipe and water pipe meet the requirements. After scaling the boiler will overheat, creep, deformation, bulging, serious overheating tube burst.
